To Whomsoever It May Concern The Punch Out Parkinson’s program has been of immense value to me this year. In late January, I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s and my neurologist recommended that I check out this program. A routine exercise program is paramount in somewhat stalling progression of this debilitating disease.

The generosity of time and commitment from the Lasso family in implementing this program is what continues to keep me motivated. Even though the non-profit Parkinson’s wellness center is located in Langley, I travel from Lindell Beach ( near Cultus Lake ) to attend sessions scheduled on Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 11am - 12pm

This program is open to anyone and I find great value in the relationships I have built over these past few months with fellow Parkinson’s attendees. Open discussions about our ongoing challenges is therapeutic for me as well as my wife. The support we have received from other families afflicted with Parkinson’s and discussions around the life altering challenges this disease presents is something I can depend on and I sincerely hope this program continues so that we can all avail of the benefits gained from this program.
